In order to fulfil my philosophy, I take time to talk to candidates, getting to know them, helping with their CV's and advising them as to which route to take.

I also follow up by checking qualifications, talking to referees, trying as far as is possible to get a full picture of the applicant in order to present my clients with a selection of candidates who fulfil their requirements and will fit in with their existing team.
